WONKA MANIA!!!!

The first weekend of July my one and only niece celebrated her 7th birthday Wonka style!

Decorations were a team effort, done my myself, my sister, bro inlaw, mom, and my boyfriend.

I of course made the cake and cupcakes. The cake was covered in hand dyed fondant. I also used an edible gold spray to give the gold “wrapper” some shimmer. Cupcakes were topped with assorted sprinkles and Wonka candies.

The cupcakes and fondant work arentĀ necessarily my best work. Baking & decorating in the summer heat sans air conditioning… its a challenge!Ā
